Local Muskrat


 Muskrats usually swim with the head and body out of water, like in this photo.  A beaver will usually swim with only its head out of the water.  Beavers have a bit more of a square-ish head too.  So, we thinks this is a muskrat.  Of course, a beaver will slap it's tail when spooked; this feller did not smack it's tail.
