Mercury Motor Blues at Mountain Island Lake

 

 

Trusty Minn Kota got the Whaler back to doc after the motor quit.  A long 4 mile journey.

Air temps at 6am were about 56F.  Water temp was approx. 72F.  The bite was slow, with a few spotted bass caught on spoons and plastic, and a bluegill or two.
